د کلیو بيارغونې او پراختیا وزارت، د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري د اقرأ پروژې تر سیوري لاندې د بلخ ولایت د نهر شاهي ولسوالۍ اړوند بهارستان کلي کې د ۵.۷ میلیونه افغانیو په لګښت د ۱۰۰۰ کورنیو نجونې او هلکان ماشومان د یوه ښوونځی په جوړیدو سره د زده کړو له مناسب چاپېریال څخه برخمن شول . دا ښوونځی ۱۰ درسي خونې، ۳ تشنابونه او۵۳۰ متره مربع مساحت لري، چې تخنیکي او نا تخنیکي کاریګرو لپاره یې لسګونه کاري ورځې هم برابرې کړې وې.
