د کلیو بیارغونې او پراختیا وزارت په کلیوالي سیمو کې د اوبو رسولو او حفظ‌الصحې ملي پروګرام له لوري د پکتیکا ولایت د زرغون شهر ولسوالۍ په بلوخېلو کلي کې د څه باندې ۳ میلیونه افغانیو په ارزښت د څښاک د اوبو د یوې شبکې د جوړولو چارې پیل شوې.

د اوبو رسولو ددغې پروژې په جوړېدو سره به د شاوخوا ۹۰ کورنیو لپاره د څښاک پاکې اوبه برابرې شي.

د اوبو رسولو د دغې پروژې د جوړولو چارې به دغه راز د ځايي خلکو لپاره شاوخوا (۱۷۰۰) کاري ورځې هم رامنځته کړي.
