د کلیوبیارغونې او پراختیاوزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري د کندهار ولایت سپین بولدک ولسوالۍ د اسحاقزی اکا خیل په کلي کې د ٤.٨ میلیونه افغانیو په لګښت د ١٥.٢٩ کیلوواټه بریښنا د شبکې کار بشپړ اوګټې اخستنې ته وړاندې شوه. دا شبکه ٢٨٠ واټه ٨٨ سولر تختې، ٢٠٠ امپیره ٤٨ بټرۍ او ٤٨٨٠ کیلومتره مزی او ٣٠ ستنې لري. او د پلي کیدا په ترڅ کې یې ٩٥٧ کاري ورځې رامنځته شوې وې. د یادولو وړ ده چې ددې شبکې په بشپړیدو سره ١٣٣ کورنیو بریښنا ته لاسرسی وموند.
