د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د سیمه ییز پروګرام له لوري د ننګرهار ولایت د بټي کوټ ولسوالي په چهاردهي کلي کې له معیارونو سره سم د ۱۲۶۰ مترو په اوږدوالي پوخ محافظوي دیوال جوړیږي چې کار یې ۹۵ سلنه مخ ته تللی دی. د یادې پروژې د تطبیق پر مهال ۱۰۵۸۳ کاري ورځې رامنځته شوي او په بشپړیدو به یې د سیمې ۱۸۲۰ اوسیدونکي ترې ګټه پورته کړي. د یادونې وړ ده چې د دغې پروژې په بشپړیدو به هلته نه یواځې سلګونه جریبه کرنیزه ځمکه بلکې د سیمې ګڼ شمیر کورونه هم د سیلابونو له ګواښ څخه خوندي کړل شي.
