د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا وزارت د کليوالي اقتصاد د پیاوړتیا ملي پروګرام، د بغلان ولایت د پلخمري ښار اړوند پرمختیایې شوراګانو ۷ سپما ګروپونو ۹۲غړیو ته په ګروپ کې د غړیتوب د ترلاسه کولو، اسلامي بانکدارۍ، د پروګرام په اړه د پوهاوۍ او پانګونې په برخو کې روزنې ورکړلې.

همدا راز په پلخمري ښار کې له کلیوالو مېرمنو او نارینه ‌و څخه په دې وروستیو کې نوي ۶ سپما ګروپونه تشکیل او ۶ نورو سپما ګروپونو ته د پروګرام له‌خوا د سپما په موخه بکسونه ویشل شوي دي.
