د کلیو بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د کلیوالي لار جوړونې ملي پروگرام له لوري د کاپیسا ولایت د کوهستان حصه اول ولسوالي د حمزه خیلو له کلي څخه تر کجی ملک بابای کلي پورې د ۲۱ میلیونو افغانیو په ارزښت ۲.۶ کیلو متره سړک د جوړولو کار پیل شو.

دغه سړک به د یادې ولسوالۍ حمزه خیل، ، غفارخیل او کجی ملک بابای کلیو ۷۹۰۰ کسان به د خدماتو له لومړني مرکز سره وصل کړي. نوموړې پروژې کاریګرو ته ۸۳۰۰ کاري ورځې رامنځته کړې دي.
