د کلیو بیا رغونې او پرختیا رئیس او د چک ولسوالۍ د دوران خېلو پراختیایي شورا ترمنځ نن د یادې ولسوالۍ له کولک رشیدان څخه تر دوران خیلو سیمې پورې د پنځه کیلومترو په اوږدوالي سره د اوبو کانال د رغولو تړون لاسلیک شو.

یاد کانال به د کلیو بیا رغونې او پرختیا وزارت د سیمه ییز پروګرام له لوري د ١٨ میاشتو په موده کې ورغول شي، چې د سیمې ګڼ شمېر اوسېدونکو ته به پکې د کار کولو زمینه هم برابره شي. په دې کانال به څه باندې ١١میلیونه افغانۍ ولګول شي. او همدا راز به په راتلونکې کې د سیمې لسګونه جریبه کرنیزه ځمکه ترې خړوبه شي.
