د کلیو بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د مالي او اداري معین معراج الدین شمس له خوا د ۱۱۵ میلیونه افغانیو په ارزښت د کابل ښار د ۱۷ ناحیې اړوند د صلحې ښارګوټي مارشال محمد قسیم فهیم په نامه د ۲.۳۷ کیلو متره سړک د پخولو چارې پیل شوې.

( ښاغلي شمس وویل چې دا سړک ۲۹  متره پلنوالی لري او د سفالټ پیړوالی یې ۱۰ سانتي متره دی او په جوړیدو سره به یې د یاد ښارګوټي او ۱۷ مې ناحیې ترانسپورتي ستونزې هوارې شي)

د دې پروژې په ترڅ کې به ۱۲۵۰۰ کاري ورځې رامنځ ته شي. دا پروژه د افغان حکومت له پرمختیايي پروژې تمویلیږي.
