دکلیو بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د اوبو رسولو ملي پروګرام له لوري د یونیسف ادارې په مالي او تخنیکي ملاتړ دبغلان ولایت د مرکز پلخمري په حسین خیلو کلي کې د ۳.۸ میلیونه افغانیو په ارزښت د اوبو رسولو د یوې شبکې د جوړولو کار بشپړ او ګټې اخستنې ته وسپارل شو.

دا شبکه ۹۰ متره ژوره څاه، ۸۰ مترمکعبه د اوبو زیرمه، ۳.۳ کیلو متره پایپ او ۲۰۵ نلکې لري او په جوړیدو سره یې۴۶۰ کورنیو د څښاک پاکو اوبو ته لاسرسی وموند.
