د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري د ۲ میلیونه افغانیو په لګښت د کرنیزو اوبو یوه زیرمه بشپړه او ګټې اخیستنې ته سپارل شویده دغه زیرمه د ۳۴۲ متره مکعبه اوبو د ظرفیت په لرلو سره د بدخشان ولایت د یاوان ولسوالۍ اړوند د سرنګ کلي د پراختیایي شورا له خوا جوړه شوې چې ۲۴ کورنۍ ترینه ګټه اخلي. د نوموړې پروژې دجوړیدو په بهیر کې ۱۴۸۲ ماهرو اوغیر ماهرو کاریګرو ته کاري ورځې رامنځته شویدي. په پام کې ده چې دا زیرمه ۱۵۰ جریبه خړوبه کړي.
