د کلیو د بیارغونې او پرختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري د څارنې، ساتنې او ودانۍ له پاره د پراختیایي نغدي وجهي پروګرام (MCCG) تر سیوري لاندې د بغلان ولایت د پلخمري ولسوالۍ اړوند د سایي پایین کلي د پراختیایي شورا لخوا د یوه محافظوي دیوال بشپړ شو چې په جوړیدو سره یې د۳۱۳ کورنیو شاوخوا ۳۵۰ جریبه کرنیزې ځمکې او بڼونه د سیلاوونو له ګواښ نه ژغورل کیږې. دغه محافظوي دیوال ۱۵۵ متره اوږدوالی او ۲ متره لوړوالی لري چې د پروژې د کار په بهیر کې فني اوغیر فني کاریګرو ته ۴۴۹۷ کاري ورخې رامنځته شویدي. نوموړی د یوال چې ۲ میلیونه او ۵۶۶ زره افغانۍ پرې لګښت راغلی.
