د کلیو بیارغونې او پراختیا وزارت کلیوالي سیمو ته د اوبو رسولو او روغتیا ساتنې ملي پروګرام RU-WATSIP له لوري د ننګرهار ولایت دګوشتې ولسوالۍ په دامان ډاګ کلاګۍ کلي کې دننګرهارد کلیو بیارغونې او پراختیا رییس او د ګوشتې ولسوالۍ خواجه زایی ډاګ کلي شورا ترمنځ د ۲.۲ میلیونه افغانیو په ارزښت د اوبو رسولو د یوې شبکې هوکړه لیک لاسلیک شو.

دا شبکه ۲۹۰۰ متره اوږدوالی لري،او په بشپړیدو سره به یې په ټولیزه توګه د سیمې۶۹۰ تنه اوسیدونکي دڅښاک پاکو اوبو ته لاسرسی ومومي.
