له ۲۷ بیوزلو کورنیو سره څه باندې د ۶۸ زره افغانيو په ارزښت مرسته وشوه چې هرې کورنۍ ته ۳۸ کیلو اوړه، ۱۰ لیتره غوړي او ۱ کیلو چای د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام د غله جاتو د بانک له لوري د بغلان ولایت په مرکز د کندز تپه بالا د پراختیایي شورا لخوا مرسته و شوه. دغه مرسته د ولسي تړون د ټولنیز ګډون لپاره د مالي وجهې پروګرام (SIG) لخوا چې د خلکو ونډه هم پکې شامله وه، کلیوالو ته وړاندې شوه.
