کار ساخت ۲۰۶ متر دیوار استنادی به ارزش نزدیک به ۵ میلیون افغانی زیر چتر پروژهی کاسا یکهزار برنامه میثاق شهروندی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات در منطقهی اسپیانا ولسوالی عنابه ولایت پنجشیر با گذاشتن سنگ تهداب آن آغاز شد.
گفتنی است که این نخستین پروژهی کاسا یکهزار برنامه ملی میثاق شهروندی است که در ولایت پنجشیر آغاز میشود.
