د نږدې ۴۴ میلیون افغانیو په ارزښت د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پرمختیا وزارت د سیمه ییز پروګرام له لوري د بادغیس ولایت په مرکز پورې اړوند کلي باغک کې د اوبو لګولو د کانال د پروژې کار ۸۰ سلنه مخ ته تللی دی.
د دغې پروژې په لړ کې چې د هندوستان له لوري تمویل شوې په یاد کلي کې د ۲۴۳۹ مترو په اوږدوالي د اوبو لګولو کانال په پاخه ډول جوړیږي.
د یادې پروژې د تطبیق پر مهال ۸۷۳۳ کاري ورځې رامنځته کیږي چې په بشپړیدو به یې د سیمې ۴۷۰ جریبه کرنیزه ځمکه د اوبو لګولو تر منظم پوښښ لاندې راشي او ۱۴۰۰۰ ځايي اوسیدونکي به ترې ګټه پورته کړي.
