د ننګرهار کلیو بیا رغونې رییس او د مومندرې ولسوالۍ د کمې ډکې کوز کلي شورا ترمنځ د ۱.۳ میلیونه افغانیو په ارزښت د ۱۰ څاګانو د کیندلو یوهوکړه لیک لاسلیک شو.
ددې هوکړه لیک له مخې به د کلیو بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د کلیوالي سیمو د اوبو رسولو او روغتیا ساتنې ملي پروګرام RU-WATSIP د مالیې وزارت له بودیجې څخه د ۱.۳ افغانیو په ارزښت ۱۰ څاګانې کیندل کیږي چې نږدې ۱۸۰ کورنیو ته به د څښاک پاکې اوبه برابرې کړي.
کمه ډکه د مومندرې ولسوالۍ لرې پرته سیمه ده چې اوسیدونکي یې د څښاک او بو د نشتوالي له ستونزې سره لاس ګریوان وو.
