کار عملی تمدید شبکهی برق آفتابی ۱۰ کیلووات به ارزش ۳.۳ میلیون افغانی از سوی برنامهی ملی میثاق شهروندی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات در روستای خواجه لمتی ولسوالی هزار سموچ ولایت تخار ۸۰ درصد پیش رفته است.
در جریان کار این پروژه ۶۳ روز فرصت کار برای ۳۰۰ کارگر ایجاد شده و با تکمیل آن ۶۷ خانواده به انرژی برق آفتابی دسترسی خواهند یافت.
