د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري څه باندې د ۷.۳ میلیونه افغانیو په ارزښت د اوبو لګولو د یوه کانال د جوړولو کار د تخار ولایت د ورسج  ولسوالۍ اړوند د ده اسحاق، ده مظفر، چاقان او شاګان دریا خان کليو د پراختیایي شوراګانو لخوا روان دی. د دغه کانال مجموعي اوږدوالی ۱۶۴۰ متره دی چې د پروژې د جوړولو په بهیر کې ماهرو او غیرو ماهرو کاریګرو ته به ۳۷۲۴ کاري ورځې رامنځته شي او د کلي ۲۵۹ کورنۍ به ترینه ګټه پورته کړي. د یادونې وړ ده چې د نوموړي کانال په ګټې اخیستنې سره  به د کلیوالو ۲۰۰۰ جریبه ځمکه خړوبه شي.
