د کلیو بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د سیمه ییز پروګرام تر څار لاندې د څه باندې ۲ نیم میلیونه افغانیو په ارزښت د میدان وردګو ولایت د مرکز میدان ښار په بسراق احمدزي کلي کې د اوبو لګولو د ۲۱۲ متره کانال، کاریز او بند د جوړولو پروژه بشپړه شوه. د دغې پروژې د تطبیق پر مهال ۱۶۱۹ کاري ورځې رامنځته شوي او د سیمې ۱۰۵۰ اوسیدونکي ترې ګټه پورته کوي. یاده پروژې چې له ملي بودیجې تمویل او تطبیق شوې د سیمې ۷۵ جریبه کرنیزه ځمکه یې د اوبو لګولو تر منظم پوښښ لاندې راوستې چې په دې توګه به د ځايي بزګرانو د حاصلاتو د لوړیدو له لارې د دوی د اقتصادي اړخ د غوړیدا په برخه کې ګټوره پریوځي.
