During May 2020 ,the sanitation teams of the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Program of MRRD have given public awareness trainings regarding the protective measures from COVID-19(Corona Virus) to over 91,000 people in villages  of eight provinces including Badghis , Bamyan, Daykundi, Helmand , Kandahar ,Paktika, Badakhshan and Nangarhar province.
