Construction of a water supply network costing nine million AFN begun in Takhar province

Construction of a water supply network worth nine million AFN has been recently started by the National Water Supply and Sanitation Program of MRRD in Khan Aaqa village located in Chal district of Takhar province.

The network has a height reservoir, a deep well, 34 solar panels, around 11 km pipes and 286 water taps, which will provide clean drinking water for 475 families living in the mentioned area.
