Clean drinking water provided for 210 families in Kunar

By the construction of a water supply network worth nearly 3 million Afghanis in Karkana village located in Asmar district of Kunar province through the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Program, Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, 210 families have gotten access to safe drinking water.

The network includes a 2.1-kilometer network pipe, a 20-cubic-meter water reservoir, solar panels and water taps. Which created 120 working days for the local residents during its construction.
