The Acting Minister of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, Alhaj Mullah Muhammad Yunus Akhundzada, met with the head of Islamic Relief Mr. Umair, and mil delegation.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Umair, the head of Islamic Relief, informed the Minister about the activities of his office. He stated that they have services in 40 Islamic countries and their office focuses on rehabilitation, health, humanitarian aid, and providing assistance to homeless families and children.

Mr. Umair expressed that they will implement reconstruction projects in the future, based on the needs of the people, under the guidance of the Ministry.

After that,Acting Minister Alhaj Mullah Muhammad Yunus Akhundzada welcomed Mr. Umair, the head of Islamic Relief and commended the work and activities of the organization. He assured them that they can carry out their work peacefully, following the procedures of NGOs and organizations of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

Furthermore, it is important to carry out your work with absolute transparency and prioritize the needs of the peoples.

At the end of the meeting, both sides emphasized on continuous cooperation.
