The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development has completed the construction of a retaining wall measuring (5200) meters in the Spin Boldak district of Kandahar province, at a cost of (75) million Afghanis. The wall was inaugurated today during a ceremony attended by the acting minister of the ministry, Alhaj Mullah Mohammad Younus Akhundzada, and his accompanying delegation.

In this meeting, the acting minister of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, Alhaj Mullah Mohammad Younus Akhundzada, accompanying delegation, the chairman of the Scholars' Council Mullah Mohammad Idris, district commander Mullah Mohammad Hashim Mahmmod, Spin Boldak district governor Mullah Rahimullah Mahmmod, several other officials, and local residents were present.

During the ceremony, the acting minister delivered an important speech, stating: "The Islamic Emirate prioritizes projects that contribute to the self-sufficiency of our country. This project was built and implemented using public Treasury, and you must take good care of it."

The retaining wall was constructed from the budget of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in the villages of Turkzi, Kachi, Sozada Khil, Qaziyan, and Gulan in the Spin Boldak district.
