کار ساخت یک شبکهی آب آشامیدنی صحی به ارزش ۱.۵ میلیون افغانی در روستای قلعه ملک ولسوالی قرغهیی لغمان از سوی برنامه میثاق شهروندی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات ۸۵ درصد پیش رفته است.
این شبکه ۶۳ متر طول و ۹ متر عرض دارد و با تکمیل کار آن صدها جریب زمین زراعتی تحت پوشش منظم آبیاری قرار میگیرد.
