د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري د جوزجان ولایت د شبرغان ښار اړوند د ترناب کلي کې د څه باندې ۲،۲ ميليونه افغانیوپه لګښت د کرنیزو ځمکو د اوبو لګولو کانال د جوړولو کار روان دی. دغه کانال ۳۰۰۰ متره اوږد والي لري او تر اوسه ۶۰٪ کار يې بشبړ شوی. د نوموړي کانال په کار په بهیر کې د سېمې ماهرو او غیر ماهرو کاریګرو ته ۱۰۵۰ کاري ورځې رامنځته کېږي اود بشپړیدو وروسته به ۱۸۳ کورني ترینه ګټه اخلي او ۱۱۰۰ جریبه کرنیزه ځمکه به خړوبه وي.
