کار ساخت یک شبکهی آبرسانی به ارزش ۱.۶ میلیون افغانی در شفاخانهی ۴۰ بستره ولسوالی سمکنی ولایت پکتیا از سوی برنامه ملی آبرسانی و با حمایت مالی اداره یونیسف تکمیل و به بهره برداری سپرده شد.
این شبکه شامل حفر چاهی به عمق ۱۱۰ متر، نصب ۱۴ تخته سولر، ترمیم دو ذخیرهی آب با ظرفیت ۶ متر مکعب و کشیدن پایپ به تمام بخشهای این شفاخانه میشود.
