کار اعمار یک باب مکتب ابتداییه به ارزش ۶.۸ میلیون افغانی زیر چتر پروژهی اقراء از سوی برنامهی ملی میثاق شهروندی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات، در قریهی لاله میدان چهار ولسوالی علی آباد ولایت کندز آغاز شد.
این مکتب دارای ۱۰ صنف درسی، ۵ تشناب و یک حلقه چاه آب آشامیدنی صحی میباشد که کار آن طی شش ماه تکمیل شده و در این جریان برای ۱۰۳۶ کارگر فنی و ۲۷۴۳ کارگر غیر فنی، ۳۷۷۹ روز کاری ایجاد خواهد شد.
