At a cost of more than AFNs 3.6 million the construction work of one school has been started through the National Citizen’s Charter Program of the Rural Rehabilitation and Development Ministry (MRRD) in Careaz Khurd village of the Duhdady district of Balkh province. This school has 6 classrooms, toilet and one surface well and its Construction will be completed within 8 months.
