A ceremony was held by the participation of Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development H.E Jarullah Mansoori, Deputies, Heads and some employees of the MRRD in this regard in the conference hall of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) today.
Honorable Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development spoke regard the issue appreciated from the done activities of the former Legal Advisor and Director of Nangarhar Rural Rehabilitation and Development Department, introduced Mr. Ghulam Rabani Adib as Legal Advisor of the Ministry and Hazrat Bilal as Director of Nangarhar Rural Rehabilitation and Development Department diverted them to their future responsibilities.
The newly-appointed Legal Advisor and Nangarhar Rural Rehabilitation and Development Director appreciated the trust of MRRD and Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on them, expresses their preparedness for building of the country.
