A twenty-bed equipped maternity hospital inaugurated during a ceremony by H.E Jarullah Mansoori Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development and honorable Suraya Dalil Acting Minister of Public Health in Mir Bacha Kot district of Kabul province.
A ceremony was held in this regard by the participation of MPs, Governor of Kabul, members of provincial council, elders and influential of 14 districts of Kabul province.
Speakers delivered comprehensive speeches in this regard; they appreciated from the attention of Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) and from the cooperation of people during the construction of the hospital.
This hospital has constructed at a cost of AFN 9657075 from the budget of Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development through National Solidarity Program (NSP) with AFN 900 thousand community contribution.
As of yet 1676 various projects of the MRRD have been implemented and handed-over in 14 districts of Kabul province, in different sectors through National Programs of this Ministry at a cost of AFN 380 million and 150 thousand. The work of other 87 projects will start in the near future in various districts of the mentioned province.
