The eighth anniversary of the constitution adoption was marked by the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in the conference hall of this Ministry.
Initially, Legal Advisor of the MRRD has spoken about the critical volubility of Law in a community particularly our country's constitution, in order to provide justice system and said that the implementation of Laws are very important in societies to protect the rights and duties of citizens.
Afterwards Jarullah Mansoori, Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development talked about the historical background of Law in various eras, counted the constitution of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan based on divine orders, oldest demands and aspirations of the Muslim nation, and counted it the best law in order to ensure fair and justice and in the maintaining of religion people and national interest. He said that observing the rules of pervasive laws are from the responsibilities of the people.
Likewise, H.E Jarullah Mansoori presented information about the development programs of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, counted functions of each phase of national programs in accord with the country’s constitution, presented some articles as example and expressed his preparedness to make safe it.
Later on Mr. Mohammad Zia Farahmand Information and Public Relations Director of Independent Commission for oversight on the implementation of the constitution delivered his comprehensive speech in this regard.
At the end of the ceremony Minister of Rural Rehabilitation answered the questions of the journalists.
